The service delivered by the hotel’s staff members was commended by the large majority of past guests. The front desk personnel in particular were characterised for their supposedly kind, professional and helpful attitude.

Whilst they were not regarded as perfect, the rooms were typically applauded by most recent visitors to the accommodation. Along with being clean for the most part, the rooms were described as featuring plenty of useful amenities such as a microwave and refrigerator.

Despite the odd complaint, most previous guests did not have an issue in acquiring a free on-site parking spot during their stay at the hotel. It has been noted that there is generally enough parking spaces to cover all of the accommodation’s rooms.

The overall opinion of the accommodation’s location was not judged all that favourably by former visitors. As well as not being particularly close to many attractions and dining choices, the hotel was considered to be situated in a somewhat sketchy area.

Numerous past guests were left underwhelmed about the hotel’s complimentary breakfast selection. Whilst the quality was rarely criticised, the breakfast variety was said to be severely limited – especially when it came to covering certain dietary requirements and tastes.

According to the general sentiments of those that used the amenity, the free Wi-Fi was regarded as one of the weaker aspects about staying at the accommodation. Previous visitors have noted that the wireless Internet was neither the fastest nor most reliable.
