The exterior of this budget hotel may not be to everyone's taste, but there seems to be little doubt that this property is kept scrupulously clean. This hasn't gone unnoticed by guests, with many leaving highly impressed by the housekeeping efforts here.

While it is listed at a basic price point, this property did delight a number of guests with some solid amenities. The pool here - especially the indoor one - offered a touch of luxury and was especially popular on cold winter days. Additionally, many also mentioned that they liked the hotel's parking lot, which was considered to be secure and well-lit.

The staff at this property are worth noting; helpful and courteous, it seems that they will do all they can to offer guest assistance, even granting early check-ins. Also, this hotel's location - within walking distance of the famous falls, close to a casino and near Clifton Hill - proved to be most attractive. In terms of price, many felt that this property was an absolute bargain, especially given the outstanding level of customer service here as well as its impressive location.

There were quite a lot of reports here of very firm, hard and even uncomfortable beds.
