Guests found the front desk staff to be very dedicated in their service. They were found to be very friendly and helpful. They were always polite and cheerful, and welcomed guests with a warm smile. They were always ready with answers to the questions posed by the guests.

Guests found the hotel to be a good base to explore the local attractions. They found this hotel convenient to visit Downtown Louisville. Guests also felt that the hotel is located in a safe neighborhood.

Breakfast served was sufficient and included in the price. They found the rooms to be clean and comfortable, beds were comfortable for a good night's sleep, and bathrooms were fairly clean. They also found that the water pressure in the showers was good enough. As such, guests felt it was reasonably priced and very good for a budget hotel.

Guests felt that the entire structure is in need of remodeling. They found many cracks on the floor, and guests felt they would fall through while walking into the lobby. Bath tubs were old, stained and grouted. Lighting in the rooms was poor. Guests also felt that it took a long time for the hot water to reach the sink. They found the carpets to be dirty and stained.

Guests complained that the vending machines often ran out of snacks and beverages, and water as well.

Guests complained that the entire property was infested with cockroaches. They saw many in the lobby as well. Pest control services are required to be called in urgently.
