Hotel Super 8 by Wyndham Hagerstown/Halfway Area (Hagerstown, USA)

Since the motel is located close to the Interstate, guests traveling through that way found it convenient to halt here for a night or two. There are many shopping malls and restaurants at walking distance from the motel. This way, the guests could go out and eat in case they did not want to eat in the motel.

The staff members are very accommodating and friendly. They all have a pleasant nature and their smiling faces never fail to make the guests feel at home. The front desk staff was warm and catered to all the concerns of the guests at any hour of the day.

Breakfast spread included coffee, milk, selection of cold cereals, oatmeal packs, bread, gravy, biscuits and muffins among others. Service was prompt and refills were done quickly. For a change, the Wi-Fi connection was very fast and guests could work online without any glitches in the connectivity.

Since there are many truckers staying in the motel, most of the parking space is usually occupied by the trucks, leaving very limited space for other guests.

Many of the guests staying in the non-smoking rooms could still smell smoke in the rooms and hallways. They could also smell a very strong and unpleasant chemical odor on entering the rooms.

The water pressure in the shower was very slow making it very difficult to take a bath comfortably. Since the water was literally trickling down, it took a long time for guests to take a bath.
