Despite being labeled as outdated in areas, the hotel’s rooms were praised for the most part by past visitors. With amenities such as refrigerators, coffeemakers and microwaves, the rooms were considered well-equipped. Furthermore, the beds were generally seen as comfortable.

Based on overall feedback, the free Wi-Fi is one of the best facilities offered by the Super 8 Columbus West. Previous guests have claimed that the hotel’s Wi-Fi was reliable and fast.
