Negative Reviews
negative:
Small rooms and beds
It is not unusual for hotel rooms in Japan to be small, so some guests do find rooms on the small side. You should also be aware that some of the rooms have small double beds, which some guests say are not comfortable for two people.
negative:
Mixed reports about the cleaning
Many guests say that the rooms are very nice and clean, however, while others do not say that they are dirty some do say that they are dusty in places. Guests do note that they receive a daily housekeeping service and fresh towels, which is good.
negative:
Some communication problems
While staff at this hotel are said to be wonderful, some guests have said that their English language skills are not the best and so some confusion can arise from time to time. Despite this, Western guests still rate the staff highly.
