Short walk to everything in Charlottetown!
The property is conveniently located in the historic down town of Charlottetown, with lots of lovely shops and restaurants just steps away. Guests loved that they can easily walk to a ton of dinner options. In addition, the theatre, Confederation Mall, and bus system or public transport are easily accessible as well.

Each room has a nice little kitchen that guests can use to prepare their own meals. The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge, microwave, sink ,and a few dishes. There's even a cosy wall fireplace unit near the kitchen to add to the homey atmosphere.

Rooms need upgrading
Guests felt that the potential of the rooms were wasted because of disregard. Some of the rooms were dingy and in bad state, as the paint on the walls were peeling and the flooring was dated. They said the rooms would be a lot better with an update.

Many guests complained that the water kept on shutting off during mid-shower, while others reported that there was no hot water when they took a bath. Guests also complained that the towels were stained and that there was no bath mat in the shower.

The beds were uncomfortable with a huge slant toward the centre. Guests complained that sleeping became difficult because of this, and that they woke up with backaches. Furthermore, they weren't satisfied with the softness of the mattresses.
