The staff members are said to be friendly by most guests who stayed here. They were genuine and courteous and did not mind answering queries of the area. Their professionalism and eagerness to help was not left unnoticed by guests.

The rooms were found to be a good value for many guests. They felt the rooms were very spacious compared to what they expected and the kitchenettes were an added bonus as well.

Many guests were happy with the central location which was near various embassies and the Mexican stock exchange. It was also walking distance from the Angel of Independence statue and the area was lively and full of restaurants and shops.

The Wi-Fi or Internet access was said to be very poor and slow by most guests. They would have liked for the hotel to have this amenity available, especially those who were traveling for business. They were not able to work well during their stay and was a determining factor to not book again.

Guests complained the bathrooms were not up to par as they had little to no water pressure. If there was enough pressure, they experienced no hot water from the bathrooms. At times, the water ran out.

Most guests were not impressed with the overall outdated look of the rooms. The rooms had an outdated look with old furnishings, dated décor and the utensils did not work well. These mishaps left a bad impression on guests who would have liked a modern look.
