Hotel Suites Contempo (Mexico City, Mexico)

Guests say that suites are more spacious than a standard hotel room and provide everything you need with English TV channel, toiletries, slippers and a bathrobe. The kitchenette is a real bonus, guests appreciating the freedom to have drinks and snacks whenever they like.

The hotel is within easy walking distance of several excellent museums and galleries located in the park which guests say are a must see if you are in Mexico. Chapultepec metro station is also within walking distance for when you want to explore further.

The staff throughout this hotel are found to be friendly and there is always someone available to help. Guests who had to see the staff with any problems said that they were dealt with quickly and professionally to their satisfaction.

While Wi-Fi is provided at no additional cost, guests say that it is not a good service. It may sometimes not work at all and, even when it does, it is very slow. Business guests found it unsuitable for them to use.

There is no restaurant in the hotel so the breakfast which is included is left in the fridge of the suite the day before. While it is convenient for guests to eat when they like, they are not impressed that only yogurt and cereal is provided.

While the hotel in general has a nice appearance and looks well maintained, the carpets are regularly noted by guests for being quite badly stained. The appearance can be off-putting, as they look dirty, so they are thought to need a deep clean or replacing altogether.
