Upon arrival at Sugar Ridge, guests are greeted by smiling, friendly staff who get them checked-in quickly with no hassles. Guests reported that nothing is too much for the staff and they go above and beyond to make a stay as enjoyable as possible by doing little extras like confirming excursions, offering complimentary drinks during special occasions such as anniversaries and arranging transportation.

The food served at the restaurants is delicious, high-quality and well-prepared with lots of options to choose from. Guests reported that everything is fresh, the portions are generous and the staff are friendly and accommodating.

The rooms at this hotel are cleaned frequently and very well. Guests reported that the air temperature is always perfect with air-conditioning that is always working, the balconies are fully furnished, the beds are large and comfortable and rooms are well-stocked with amenities.

Staff Can't be Bothered to Assist Guests.
Guests reported that when they approached staff with issues or questions, it felt like they were bothering them. They don't smile or acknowledge guests unless they have to. Also reported was long waits to be checked in, lost bookings and cleaning staff who don't replace amenities.

There is a lot of noise around the hotel coming from several sources including loud sporting events on the restaurant television, patrons cheering loudly at the sporting events on the television and traffic noise on the road outside.
