Amazing location
If you think of Rome you think of the ancient ruins such as the Colloseum. Well, if you stay here the Colloseum and other ruins such as the Forum and Palatine Hill are pretty much on your doorstep. You will not have to walk for too long to go in the opposite direction towards the city centre, or alternatively you can use the Metro which is minutes from the accommodation.
positive:
Staff happy to help
The staff come in for praise at this accommodation, with guests saying they are friendly and helpful despite - in some cases - a clear language barrier. If you need an airport shuttle, they are happy to arrange this for you.
positive:
The lift works!
Guests appreciate the working lift which takes them to the higher floors. It is certainly considered preferable to using the stairs, especially if there is heavy luggage to be carried.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Noisy at all times of day
The downside of being in such a great location is that it is a popular place for tourists and locals at all times of the day. This includes into the night, when guests at this hotel say there can be quite a lot of street noise to contend with. If you want peace and quiet, this is probably not the place for you.
negative:
Perhaps not the cleanest
Though not a massive issue, some guests have commented on the state of cleaning at this hotel, saying that it could be done better.
negative:
Only a basic breakfast
On the one hand, it is good that guests get a complimentary breakfast. However, on the other hand, a number of guests have said that it is only quite basic - consisting of croissants, bread and drinks - and nothing to write home about.
