A good, convenient spot.
There’s a free hotel shuttle if needed - but Spring Hill Metro Station is only a block away. From there, it’s an easy trip in to the city. Locally, too, there’s a whole range of shops and restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets. *Pot Belly is very good. The area, generally, feels very safe.
positive:
Excellent staff.
Staff members are pleasant, helpful and for the most part, competent. Possibly due to new staff, there can be hold ups at check in … but everyone has to learn somewhere.
positive:
Pleasant hotel facilities.
There’s a sort of restful oasis in the form of a garden themed sitting area, with a gazebo and tables on the lawn. Very attractive. The pool, too, is attractive but, of course, seasonal and breakfast deserves a special mention. There’s lots of choice and plenty of it and the dining area is cheerful and inviting. Real ‘Quality’!

Thank you and ... Goodnight Vienna!
Apart from the excellent location, everything else goes downhill PDQ. Rooms are cramped, poorly maintained and have that all too familiar smell of mold and mildew..
negative:
An inconvenient uplift.
The elevator is to the rear of the building and quite a hike when carrying luggage or dragging kids.

Noise problems.
Some sound insulation contractor could soon be making a fortune due to the fact that most hotels currently don’t have any soundproofing between the rooms. Certainly, that applies here. The higher the floor, the less the noise problem becomes. It is, though, further ‘amplified’ by noisy groups congregating near corridor vending machines; something that members of the hotel staff seem reluctant to rectify
