Complaints with the sleeping facilities
Most of the negative reviews concerned about the sofa bed, stating that they were too hard. Other previous guests complained that the ones they have in their rooms have stains in them, and that they had to call for a housekeeper to have their sheets replaced.
negative:
Insufficient bathroom toiletries
The supply of toilet paper in the en-suite bathrooms don't seem enough according to previous guests. Many also complained that there were no towels when they came in, and that there wasn't a counter or shelves for their toiletries to be put upon.
negative:
Noise issues can be encountered
Aside from the noise of the people from the neighbouring rooms, most guests also complained about the noise coming from hall of the hotel where scheduled events are usually held. What dismayed them was that when they have complained to the front desk about it, they weren't able to do anything.
