Hospitality Inn has a convenient location, with easy access to the I-5 freeway. Downtown Portland and many local attractions, shopping and parks are within a short drive. Furthermore, Portland International Airport is only 25 minutes away. There is also a bus nearby which goes straight to downtown Portland. In addition, there are various dining options and a Starbucks within walking distance from the hotel.

Overall, guests were impressed with their accommodations. The rooms are quiet, clean and spacious, having all the basic necessities for a satisfying stay including a refrigerator. Many guests enjoyed the comfortable beds, with pillowtop mattresses and premium linens.

Guests enjoyed the common areas of the hotel, especially lounging at the Jacuzzi. The onsite fitness center was very convenient. In addition, the complimentary afternoon cookies were also a lovely treat.

The Wi-Fi can be a hit or miss. Several guests found that the signal was spotty and others said the browsing speed was just too slow. However, the connection is much stronger in the lobby. Some guests were also disappointed with the TV signal, saying that their rooms had poor reception, and many channels did not work.

Though most guests were impressed with the accommodations, a few thought the furnishings were outdated and that cosmetic touch-ups would really refresh the rooms.

Guests were also not too impressed with the breakfast offerings at the hotel. The selection is described as quite carb-heavy and lacking healthy options.
