Positive Reviews
positive:
Strategic location in Adelaide's business district
The property's close proximity to Chinatown and the central business district was the reason why it had the reputation of being strategically located. Guests were able to visit major attractions and establishments within the area such as restaurants, Chinese market, and Rundle Mall.
positive:
Efficient service is guaranteed!
Due to the staff's positive attitude and extremely friendly persona, most guests had a pleasant stay. The staff, especially the manager, made sure all the guests were having a great time and performed efficient service from check-in until checkout process. They have dealt with issues effectively so guests were able to have a memorable experience.
positive:
Outstanding Wi-Fi connection
Most of the positive reviews were focused on the great performance of the free Wi-Fi! The signal was very strong and reliable so guests had no issues connecting or using the Internet. It was perfect and stable enough which were compared to more expensive hotels.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Noise because of thin wall structure
Previous guests were annoyed by the noise coming from the other rooms during midnight or early in the morning because of the room's thin wall structure. The noise was coming mostly from inconsiderate people from other rooms who were having loud conversations.
negative:
Cell-type rooms due to lack of windows
The idea of having no external windows within the rooms was very displeasing! Guests could not open any windows since all of them were tightly shut which led to the feeling of claustrophobia and discomfort to majority of the guests.
negative:
No lift provided
Due to the lack of lift on-site, guests had to manually carry their bags or luggage from the ground floor area up to their designated rooms. It was quite difficult for elderly individuals, physically challenged, and those who have mobility issues.
