Hotel Stonegate Lodge (Eureka Springs, USA)

The staff members at Stonegate Inn were said to be one of its best features, with those who stayed describing them as friendly, approachable and knowledgeable when it came to local information. Moreover, pets also seem to be welcome for a fee.

Those traveling on a budget and looking simply for somewhere to sleep and shower — and nothing much more — were more or less satisfied with a stay here. On top of this, there is said to be plenty of parking available and downtown Eureka Springs’ shopping and dining was reported as being very close by.

Guests have not expressed any further positive opinions about this hotel.

According to reviews, some guests were not impressed to find that the continental breakfast provided at Stonegate Inn was nothing of the sort, consisting simply of hot drinks and some apparently packaged pastries or cookies.

The facilities here were thought to be rather dated by many who stayed and some issues related to the building’s age were sometimes mentioned, such as worn furnishings and a couple of issues with the doors. On top of this, a small number of guests reported having issues with the technology on offer, which apparently was in need of maintenance.

Although some said they found their rooms to be clean, others said that the housekeeping had not been very thorough when working on their room, or washing the sheets. On that note, they may have seemed a bit dirtier than they actually were thanks to the ingrained stains of time, rather than because of a lack of cleaning.
