Hotel Stardust (Palm Springs, USA)

Guests have commented that the Stardust is a very small hotel and, therefore, it can sometimes feel as though you are the only one there. These guests enjoyed the private feel of the hotel, especially after spending a day out in busy Palm Springs.

Every room at the hotel overlooks the pool area, which is something that guests have liked. There is also views of the mountains that surround Palm Springs from various parts of the property and this was also looked upon fondly by guests.

Past guests have appreciated the effort put in by the staff at this hotel. Although there isn't always a staff member on duty, due to the small size of the hotel, the front desk staff is very friendly and will do everything possible to help you enjoy your stay.

Some guests have noticed small maintenance issues around the Stardust. These issues include loose tiles, no batteries in clocks, outlets not working, and television remotes being broken. All of these issues could be easily resolved, however.

There have been some complaints about the hotel closing in the evening, making it impossible to check in at night. Guests who have booked rooms on their way into town have been left without being able to get into their rooms because of this policy, as there is no staff left at the hotel.

A few guests have noticed that each room at the hotel is different. As a result, you never know how large or well decorated the room will be until you check in. This has left some guests disappointed, as they ended up with smaller rooms at the same price as the larger ones.
