Hotel Stardust Inn (Niagara Falls, Canada)

Though the inn is not right by the falls themselves, guests were generally happy with its location. It was described as just a short walk from Victoria Street and the town centre, so there were lots of shops, cafes and other amenities within easy reach.

While this does not apply to all rooms, but only the suites, guests in rooms with a hot tub reported that it was a fantastic amenity to have and that they were well cleaned and maintained and worked like a charm.

The inn is a little off the main drag, which seems to have suited guests, who reported that it was wonderful and quiet.

There seemed to be quite a bit of confusion surrounding the daily breakfast. A number of guests were clearly expecting a proper breakfast, or at the very least a simple continental one. They were disappointed to discover that there really was no breakfast available onsite, but rather just a bit of a pick-me-up consisting of a hot beverage and a cookie or two.

Too many guests to mention reported that their bathroom was far too small for comfort. It was the shower, especially, that guests said was so tiny that they found it very difficult to use comfortably.

Guests did not really think much of the housekeeping staff and services at this inn. Many mentioned that their room was a little dirty on check-in and that the daily service, if it happened at all, was poor as well. A shortage of towels and other such amenities for the number of guests in the room was often mentioned.
