Customer service rules' - OK!
From the moment you arrive, all-smiling reception staff take over and help you with detail on local attractions, beaches, restaurants and even flights! It seems as if they've got a hot line to the flight tower at the airport! They are fabulous though and an example to many larger hotels as to what customer service is all about.

Super healthy restaurant.
They've got their own organic garden so use masses of these ingredients in some really delicious dishes. At the top of the day, breakfast is much better than most and as the sun goes down, followed by you! ... there's 'Happy Hour' to enjoy!

Depending upon your room choice, you'll gain access to the Concierge Room and free drinks, snacks and breakfast. Pay a bit more and you'll see the alcohol flow 'freely' too!

Tired and past its best
You too?! This hotel, though, is crying out for a makeover so that the fabric can match the image promoted enthusiastically by all staff: reception, restaurant, cleaning ... and shuttle drivers.

Enjoy 'fast food'? - This is much slower
There's a lot of hype surrounding the restaurant. The truth is that it's OK - just! Service, though, is slow. It's not unknown for hungry customers to walk out. rather than starve during the waiting period.

Rooms for improvement.
There are TVs that don't work - and obviously haven't worked in the recent past. *Why not correct the matter, rather than add to the annoyance of incoming guests? There are no suitable power points for the hairdryer and there's no storage area in the bathroom itself. These rooms are not properly designed to make best use of the spaces available.
