Rooms in the hotel are all well-equipped with microwaves, minifridges and coffeemakers. There are wet bars as well and other amenities like free Wi-Fi are also available. Additionally, all rooms have separate living areas with pull-out sofas making the rooms very comfortable. Guests said that the rooms were not crammed up.

The warm and welcoming hospitality extended by the management and the staff had a great positive impact on the guests. The staff was helpful and friendly, and was always available to assist the guests. They gave personal attention to everyone and enquired about their travel plans, making suggestions to them about traveling locally.

Guests liked the complimentary breakfast offered at the hotel. They said that it was fresh and tasty. There was variety available to choose from for the guests and the breakfast was served in sizeable portions.

The rooms on a particular side of the building are located exactly opposite the toll booth. There was constant noise coming in from there as well as from the street side, creating a real challenge for the guests.

Bath tubs in many bathrooms were unclean with hair strands and dirt being left as it as. Even the shower heads were broken and there was leakage problem as well.

The indoor pool was closed during the morning hours and sometimes even at the night time. Thus guests who booked the hotel considering the pool perspective were disappointed.
