Upon arrival, many guests noted that they were greeted by a cheerful attendant. He will gladly hand you a glass of wine to quench your thirst and a goody bag for you to take in your room. Thus, you will surely feel like a valued guest upon staying here.

Even though Super 8 Wichita East is close to the Interstate 35, the noise that enters the individual rooms is very minimal according to guests. Previous guests also barely hear people from the hallways and from nearby rooms when inside their own room.

When you need help with something, you can always rely on the staff to provide assistance. Guests expressed that there is always a staff member ready to serve you 24/7. When previous guests had troubles with the facilities in their room or needed assistance with the local attractions, the staffs willingly assisted them.

Guests complained that the drains in the tub and the sink are extremely slow, causing water to flood over the bathroom floor. When you experience this, do not hesitate to report to the front desk. They will either transfer you to a different room or send a plumber to fix the issue.

Another matter pointed out by the guests was the lack of good TV channels, stating that it was difficult to find a decent show to watch. Others said the TV they had was analog and displayed fuzzy picture.

Although all rooms in this property are non-smoking and it's prohibited to smoke inside the property, guests still smell of cigarette smoke. Cigarette odor was reported to be present at hallways and at the staircase.
