The staff members were found to be friendly and kind. They were patient with guests who did not speak good Spanish and tried to help with the language barrier. The staff were found to be honest people who helped guests with recommendations.

Most guests felt the hotel was in good condition considering its age. It was cleaned and well-maintained. Most guests found the hotel’s value to be a good one given its location and clean accommodations.

The hotel is located in a nice area of the city close to a market, several restaurants and coffee shops. There are also various public transport stops nearby. Many guests felt safe in the surrounding area and would recommend the hotel for its nice location.

The breakfast was found to be poor and with not much variety. Guests would have liked to have more variety and good quality items available, instead of artificial orange juice. The price was not worth the breakfast.
