The politeness, professionalism, friendliness and accommodating manner of the staff working here was often remarked on with approval by those who stayed. Moreover, guests were happy to find that there was a nice little on-site restaurant serving up a Japanese take on Italian food, as well as a cafe that serves up convenient, basic breakfasts.

Those who stayed said they were a minute away from the Toyocho underground station, which apparently quickly links through to Tokyo Station on the Tozai Line, making further Tokyo exploration an easy proposition. Furthermore, convenience stores, a McDonald's and a good array of bars and further dining options were also said to be just a short walk away in this quiet neighbourhood.

Reviews show the rooms at this hotel to be clean and equipped with plenty of complimentary toiletries, lovely modern bathrooms and comfortable beds. In addition to this, a good number of guests made sure to mention that they thought a stay here was good value for money.

Although some guests seemed to expect it, the rather small size of the rooms and bathrooms here was still an issue to many who came with Western expectations of how large a room should be, or simply with large luggage.
