The hotel is situated in a corporate business area, which tends to be rather quiet. Guests also pointed out that while it is conveniently close to the highway, it is still far enough away to not hear traffic go by. Furthermore, guests enjoyed the fact that there are sidewalks to go for a run and lots of grassy areas to walk your dogs.

The rooms are set up in a way that makes even longer stays comfortable, as they include free Wi-Fi, which guests pointed out works very well, a large TV, a big bathroom, ample work space, and a kitchen with everything you might need such as a stove, a fridge, a microwave, utensils and even dishwashing liquid.

Guests found the staff to be friendly, pleasant and helpful, and the check-in process was handled quite efficiently by the front-desk employees.

Some rooms were reported to include worn comforters, old towels, stained furniture, and an odor most likely due to pets being housed previously.

Several guests pointed out that when taking a shower, the tubs do not drain well and you'll be left standing in a couple of inches of water. Moreover, a few guests noted that they had little to no water pressure in their rooms.

Guests noted that the rooms do not have the best soundproofing, as they could hear others walk around in the rooms above and the TV and conversations from next door.
