Hotel Sonesta Simply Suites Knoxville (Knoxville, USA)

The majority of guests really enjoyed how cleanly the hotel is. According to most visitors, the rooms look and smell fresh. The common areas are also kept up rather well.

The hotel isn't so far away from Knoxville that you can't see the attractions. However, it is still far enough away that there isn't a ton of noise from traffic nearby. According to guests, it makes a nice getaway location while visiting the city.

Guests remarked that they enjoyed the friendly attitude and helpful nature of the staff. They are knowledgeable about the area and happy to offer recommendations based on what you need.

A few guests mentioned that the beds themselves were rather unappealing and squeaky. Furthermore, some said that they could feel the movement of their partner and vice versa. So, for people who are light sleepers, and/or traveling with someone, you might have issues with the beds. Most guests, however, didn't seem to have an issue with the beds.

Some guests mentioned the water pressure left a lot to be desired. According to some visitors, it was rather low and not very forceful. Still, they mentioned it does get the job done. As with the bed critique, most visitors didn't have an issue with water pressure here.

So far, no recent negative opinion has been expressed by guests about this hotel.
