Hotel Sonesta Select Milwaukee Brookfield (Brookfield, USA)

The staff has been very accommodating and friendly according to most guests. From check-in process until check-out, the employees have demonstrated high quality service. In addition, they have been very courteous with dealing with issues and special requests such as providing pool and dining schedule.

Most guests enjoyed the hotel’s location, as it is near many famous establishments such as SteinMart, Booklyn Mall, Milwaukee Brewer Stadium, Wisconsin Dells, and Miller Park. It is also just a short walking distance from restaurants, shopping centers, and major highways.

Guests appreciated the spacious and well-appointed rooms within the hotel. Rooms have complete amenities, homey atmosphere, and comfortable beds. The furnishings are also in very good condition and are nicely updated.

Most guests were disappointed with the noise coming from large groups of people conducting special events such as tournaments within the hotel. Other noise reported by guests are elevator noise, heavy footsteps especially during wee hours, noise from the nearby parking lot, and loud chatting of families with kids from the other rooms.

Guests are uncomfortable with the small area provided for the bathroom as well as the outdated design and furnishings. It was quite hard for tall people to occupy the shower area, and some guests had some minor accidents due to the insufficient size.

The irregular temperature of the air-conditioning system is among the common complaint of guests. There were times that it was too cold especially during night time so guests had no choice but to change the temperature to a maximum of 70 degrees and had to wear extra clothing for a comfortable sleep.
