positive:
Central location.
If you're in town to visit the university, do business or check out the Grand Canyon or Sedona, this hotel puts you in a good central location. You can also drive to Historic Flagstaff for a day of exploring and fun - there are many restaurants, shops and entertainment options throughout Flagstaff.
positive:
Feels like home.
The spacious layouts and amenities found at the hotel help you feel at home - ideal if you're staying at the property for an extended time. The pool, fitness and business amenities provide plenty of value to the nightly rate and the fully equipped kitchens mean you an apartment-like setting.
positive:
Personalized service.
There are many features of the hotel that encourage you to mingle with other guests - the evening social hour provides complimentary appetizers and beverages to enjoy while you're getting to know the other guests. If you're at the hotel for business, this can help you feel more like you're not in an impersonal accommodation.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Some noise.
Depending on the room, you could experience a noisy ambiance as a result from running an air conditioning - the hotel is far enough away from the highway to reduce traffic noise, but if you are near the pool you could also hear more noise during summer months when it is frequently in use.
negative:
Removed from town.
While the hotel is near many points of interest, you're going to need a car to get most anywhere in the vicinity. The hotel is off Highway 40, which is the main road you'll likely take to any points of interest - not much is within walking distance.
negative:
Limited food.
Though there is a complimentary breakfast buffet, you'll need to fend for yourself for lunch and dinner as there are no on-site restaurants.
