Cleanliness is taken very seriously at this bed and breakfast, so you will be hard pressed to find any problems with the state of your room, or any other part of the property for that matter.

If you take one of the top floor rooms you could have a marvellous view over Tor Bay. Pull up a chair and watch the scenery change, the rolling waves of the sea and boats sailing past.

Tony and Julie, the couple who run this bed and breakfast, do an excellent job of welcoming you in and showing you around the property. Their warm hospitality makes you feel right at home when you stay here.

Each morning breakfast runs from 8:30 to 9:30, which only gives you half an hour to get downstairs and order your meal. If you miss it then it's tough luck, so be prepared for this if you like to lie in a little later than normal on your holidays.

This place is situated on top of a hill, a headland separating two sandy bays. Walking to Paignton town centre is downhill, but when it comes to getting home after a long day out you'll have a tiring uphill trek ahead of you.

Not all of the rooms are the same size here, with some notably smaller than others. You might find the room you are allocated is a bit too small, so ask the host whether it's possible to change rooms if you're not happy.
