Clean and comfortable
Guests find the hotel to be well-maintained and clean with excellent facilities. The spa, gym and in particular the pools are very much appreciated as is, on a more practical note, the free parking.

Negative Reviews
negative:
Long walk from downtown Antigua
The hotel may be in a lovely setting, but if you want to spend time in and around the town center, or to eat out, you may find it a little far. Guests comment that it is a bit of a trek to get to the center and you do feel a bit trapped in the hotel – even if a shuttle bus service is provided.
negative:
Beware the extras
The hotel seems to charge extra for a lot of services which guests would normally expect to be included. Wi-Fi is the number one complaint, with guests have to pay a daily fee for each devise used. You also have to pay extra for water or drinks making facilities, whilst excursions and airport shuttles cost over the odds.
negative:
Poor customer service
Whilst
the staff are generally found to be polite and friendly, the hotel's
policies are not so customer friendly or efficient. Front desk staff
take a long time with the administration of certain tasks or don't
have the power to make simple decisions without managerial consent.
