Hotel Solberge Hall (Northallerton, United Kingdom)

A divine venue for weddings, family breaks and romantic getaways.  Situated near the York Moors and Yorkshire Dales, with convenient access to Harrogate, Ripon and York. The building and grounds are pristine with impeccable character and endless charm.  The rich decor is traditional and beautifully arranged throughout the rooms and public areas. Rooms and suites are clean, well-equipped with gorgeous furnishings and cosy with large beds and nice bathrooms.  Views are superb, especially from the south-facing side of the hotel. Favourites tend to be room numbers one through seven, with the suites being exceptionally exquisite if you're able to request one!

Very friendly and helpful from arrival to departure, you'll enjoy all departments on this team with very special recognition of reception staff and the highly-skilled wedding planners.

Outstanding cuisine for all meals, served promptly by charming staff.  Breakfast was especially delicious with a wonderfully varied selection of perfectly-prepared items.

Connection troubles seem worse in certain rooms and perfectly fine in most public areas.  Some were completely unable to log in despite strong signals.

Some felt the weddings and other celebratory events were unduly loud, causing them lost sleep.

If possible, keep a written tab or some type of receipts for charges to the room - some have noted substantial overcharges for drinks, etc.
