Sites of Rome are close at hand
Though Rome itself is quite compact, guests were still delighted by the fact that so many sites are within easy reach. The Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps are all nearby, but those who wanted to go further afield found the adjacent metro stations to be quite handy for their purposes.

Warm welcome from outstanding staff
All in all, the vast majority of guests here say that they are made to feel welcome from the moment they step inside this hotel. Whether you're hoping for a private tour, seeking a restaurant recommendation or just looking to book a taxi, nothing, it seems, is too much trouble for this hotel's staff.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Too far, uphill walk a bother
While the vast majority of guests adored the location of this hotel, for some, it was simply too far north of Rome's main sites. A few also felt that the uphill walk back from the city was rather taxing.
negative:
Why breakfast in the basement?
Mixed reviews on breakfast here and quite a few guests were disconcerted that it was not included within the room rate. However, the bulk of the negative comments were from visitors who were bemused by the fact that it was served not up on the hotel's stunning roof terrace, but down in the basement.
negative:
Worked up by Wi-Fi
Considerable problems with Wi-Fi here. Many found that they had somehow exceeded their data limit within minutes of logging in, while others were totally unable to log on. Widespread complaints about lack of free access after 30 minutes.
