Hotel Snooze Inn (Brisbane, Australia)

Previous guests to the hotel singled out the staff on the front desk for their polite and courteous attitudes.  The staff on the front desk made such a good impression that they featured consistently across reviews, setting the tone for a great stay.

The hotel is located a five minute walk from Brunswick Street Mall and Chinatown in Fortitude Valley and only a three minute walk to the train station, where inner city Brisbane is one stop away.  Guests commented that the location was the best part of their stay, with most things that they needed within walking distance.

Budget travellers raved about the price paid for the hotel commenting that in the inner city of Brisbane it is difficult to find such cheap accommodation, so close to local restaurants, bars and transport and many guests simply commented that the hotel is good value for money.

Although guests acknowledged that this hotel provides budget accommodation, many were not at all prepared for the mirco-size of the rooms at the hotel. Guests commented that there was barely enough room for the bed and the amenities were very basic.

Guests expecting the property to be spotless on check-in were not impressed by the standard of cleaning at the hotel. Guests commented that the mould in the showers and moisture that was obvious were the main causes of their discomfort.

Guests hoping for a quiet night in were disappointed due to the lack of sound proofing between rooms and common areas. Guests described how they could hear all that was happening in their neighbours rooms which for many distrupted their stay.
