Regency Inn boasts a convenient location, with easy access to major roads, close to the beach and Destin. In addition, guests found many restaurants and cafes within walking distance of the hotel. Howeverm, keep in mind that to get to the beach or central Destin, you will need to pass a toll booth.

The staff at Regency Inn is friendly, pleasant and helpful. If you have any questions or concerns, don't hesitate to ask the front desk and they will happily assist you or resolve the issue in an efficient manner. Some guests, however, noted that the staff can be hard find at times.

Overall, guests were very pleased with the accommodations provided. The rooms are clean, comfortable and have everything that you may need. In addition, guests enjoyed the strong Wi-Fi and complimentary parking.

Renovations are currently underway, but many guests still run into rooms in need of an upgrade. Many furnishings are outdated, the carpets are worn, and there are cracks in the bathroom tiles. In addition, guests also ran into burnt out light bulbs and non-working outlets.

Though most guests did not have an issue with soundproofing, a few did mention hearing their neighbors or hallway traffic, especially in rooms near the lobby area. If you're a light sleeper, it's a good idea to bring a pair of earplugs along as a precaution.

The complimentary breakfast is not very impressive. Guests say there is a limited choice of foods and most of them aren't very healthy and quite carb heavy. In addition, many items, especially the orange juice, tend to run out quickly and aren't always replenished.
