The hotel is in a good location for shopping, restaurants and most importantly, the historical heritage sites for which the area is renowned, particularly the historical battlefields. These sites are a significant historical attraction.

There is daily housekeeping here. There is a high standard of housekeeping along with a dedicated staff who work hard to maintain it. The bathrooms are clean and this is very much appreciated by guests.

Breakfast is included with overnight stay here which consists of cereal, scrambled eggs, bread, pastries and waffles, among other items. It's a great breakfast, very filling and sets a guest up for the day.

Some of the guests have reported feeling disturbed when the dumpster service comes around at 5 am in the morning. The noise causes some guests to lose sleep.

The rooms in the hotel are built to be compact, with everything a guest needs for a comfortable stay. However, some of the guests find the rooms to be a bit on the small side and not very easy to move around in.

The hotel is clean and comfortable, but according to guests it appears to have a rather dated look and could use an update. Not just the look, the feel and smell of the hotel says 'old'. A complete refurbishment is required, feel guests.
