The kitchens are fully-equipped with basic items when checking in. The apartments have tasteful furnishings that are well maintained. The level of cleanliness in both rooms and public areas is of a very high standard.

Employees go out of their way to make your stay a lovely and relaxing one. They are very well informed regarding the areas’ hotspots and willingly give guests tips on the main popular sites in the area. The front desk team is efficient and always welcome guests with smiling faces.

At the end of their stay, many guests felt that they had received good value for the money they had spent at the hotel. Many attractions are just steps away from the hotel and their services are well priced. The complimentary shuttle service was a welcome addition to many guests.

The unstable wireless internet connection proved to be a bother to many guests. It was rather difficult connecting to it as the signal kept dropping. At times the speed was extremely slow and could only support light internet browsing. Many found this to be very inconvenient.

Many of the guests who used the gym were dissatisfied with the poorly equipped gym.  Fitness lovers felt that most of the gymnasium had very limited equipment and some were even out of order.

A number of guests were quite disappointed to find out that some rooms had broken or faulty ACs that didn’t work properly. This made their stay quite uncomfortable at times as the temperature inside the rooms can get very warm.
