Hotel Signature Inn Eugene (Eugene, USA)

Many guests enjoyed the nice location of the motel which is conveniently located to many interesting shops and restaurants, breweries and the University of Oregon campus. It is also close to I-5 and the freeway and nice parks within walking and driving distance.

The motel's staff members are said to be friendly with guests. They were helpful with directions and advice of the area, would change the linens or rooms if guests did not find their accommodations adequate and had good customer service skills.

The rooms come with mini fridges and microwaves and the motel offer free continental breakfast and parking, which for the price, are good amenities to have during their stay. There's also free WiFi available.

Some guests were greeted with a strong chemical smell as soon as they entered their rooms. For most, it was a bit of a put off to have such a strong smell coming from the rooms. Some guests even left the door open as long as possible and even the bathroom window open all night, found the smell did not go away.

The motel is close to a major road, and the traffic noise was too much to bear for guests. Some were looking and hoping for a tranquil place but were disappointed the noise was too loud and did not let them sleep well. The next door neighbors' noise level would also not drown out with the walls in between them.

Some guests were disgusted by the fact their linens had different colored stains such as their pillowcases and mattress covers. There were also hairs found of these and in the other areas of the room and bathroom which some people had to ask for a change of linens.
