The condos are clean, spacious, and very well-appointed containing most of the basic amenities that guests require to make their stays as comfortable as possible. Some guests stay for months on end and say they have never lacked a thing. The facilities are of a high quality and well maintained. Pets are allowed in the condos.

Guests have been effusive with praise for the hotel's staff, especially the front desk staff, due to its exceptional warmth, courtesy, professionalism, and dedication to duty. Check-ins and checkouts are handled fast and efficiently with a minimum of hassles. Housekeeping staff is very efficient too at keeping the condos spotlessly clean.

The hotel has two large outdoor pools where guests can enjoy a relaxing plunge during any season. Nearby facilities have plenty of water sports for water sport lovers.

Although Siena Suites Las Vegas has gone to great lengths to provide Internet in all places throughout the hotel, a few guests have complained that Internet quality in the rooms was poor or sometimes non-existent.

The hotel has some condos clearly designated for non-smoking guests only. Some guests, however, have complained that they could smell strong cigarette smoke while staying in such rooms.

Guests find it rather strange that such a large establishment lacks an on-site restaurant. Although the kitchens are equipped with fridges, microwaves, stovetops and dishwashers, guests have to provide their own utensils such as cups, dishes, pots, and pans.
