This property reportedly enjoyes a quiet location in Aberystwyth, but it was still conveniently a short drive from the university, seafront and town centre for dining options, shopping, amenities and the railway station. Drivers were glad there was free parking and easy access to the A44 and A487 for visiting golf courses, local attractions and Mid Wales beauty spots. Moreover, it was within striking distance of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park for beautiful beaches and Snowdonia National Park with its unspoilt mountains, lakes and valleys.
