Hotel Serenotel Pattaya (Pattaya, Thailand)

The property is fairly close to all of Pattaya's main attractions including the infamous International Walking Street which is a 15-minute walk away. Pattaya Beach is across the street from the hotel and Ripley's Believe It or Not! Museum can be reached in ten minutes on foot. There are also a number of restaurants, coffee shops and bars close by.

The staff at the hotel does an excellent job according to guests who point out that employees are not only nice but also work very hard to make sure you are satisfied.

Travellers rave about the hotel's rooftop swimming pool saying it is the perfect place to relax and watch the sunset. There are a number of loungers around the pool area and you can either take a swim or simply look out over the bay.

Several guests complain that the size of the accommodations at the hotel is tiny and offers little in terms of space. You might have trouble squeezing all of your luggage as well as any guests into some of the rooms.

The hotel does offer a complimentary breakfast each morning but a few travellers note that the options served are extremely limited. A number of coffee shops can be found within walking distance of the property including Coffee World and Dunkin' Donuts.

A couple of visitors state that you might hear some sounds from outside the building or from other guests at the property in your room. While it doesn't happen all the time, it can get noisy on occasion.
