Hotel Serena Sol Apartamentos (Cala d´Or, Spain)

The outdoor pool was found to be a nice pool, especially for guests who traveled as a family, since it was a good opportunity to swim and enjoy the sun. It was clean and quiet and there was enough room for everyone.

Many guests enjoyed having their own kitchenette in the apartments as it was an opportunity to cook their own meals and beverages. They were not dependent on restaurants or dining out as much as you would be in a hotel.

The location was found to be a short walking distance from the beach and an even shorter walking distance from the cliff top to see nice views of the ocean and sunrise. There are also various supermarkets and restaurants within a short walking distance.

Some guests were bewildered to find that there was no free Wi-Fi available in the rooms. This service was charged at a fee which they found strange given it is a mostly free amenity nowadays. This was a bit disappointing, especially since it's charged per hour.

Some guests found the beds to be uncomfortable to sleep on. They found the mattresses to be too hard and would have preferred softer ones.

Some guests found the apartment furnishings to be lacking in taste and style. They thought the interior design could use a new look and that the furnishings could be more modern. They felt the apartments looked a little run down and used.
