The location is superb, in a lush, green park, with nice views of the city. It's well linked by public transport, with a bus stop nearby. It is 15 minutes' walk from the local train station. The city centre is walking distance away, as are some of the famous local tourist attractions like Lake Lucerne. Moreover, the setting is in a quiet, peaceful neighbourhood.

The fact that the rooms are super clean has been highly appreciated. The standard of cleanliness is extremely high and even the shared bathrooms are very clean and comfortable say guests. The Internet signal here is reportedly excellent, although it may sometimes be necessary to visit the public are to catch the signal.
