Hotel Seeburg provides excellent value for money. The rooms are spacious, airy, meticulously clean, and contain all the basic amenities. Pets are allowed in the rooms while young children who are accompanied by parents or guardians stay for free. Interconnecting rooms for families are available. The food is great too.

The hotel provides spectacular views of Lake Lucerne and Mount Pilatus especially during sunrise and sunset. The scenic views can be seen from the hotel rooms, when relaxing on the balcony, or when dining in the restaurants and listening to the melodious traditional Swiss songs.

The staff here is multilingual and very friendly. The level of customer service and attention to detail is great for a three-star hotel. Concierge services are very helpful as well.

Some guests have reported that Hotel Seeburg does not provide ironing facilities due to the risk of fires. Some guests, especially business travelers who need to attend to meetings in the hotel's conference facilities, find this inconveniencing.

The hotel accommodates events such as wedding ceremonies. These can go on long into the night with all the associated festivities and noise. The hotel is located close to a street that can get quite noisy at times. This can ruin the tranquil atmosphere surrounding the hotel and some guests have felt aggrieved by this.
