Hotel Seaside Inn - Isle of Palms (Isle of Palms, USA)

The hotel is just a hop-skip-and jump from the beach. There's no walking through a lobby or pool area either. It's right there and the views are great. If you have the time, sit out on the balcony and do some dolphin watching, you will really enjoy it.

The breakfast is simple but decent. You have the usual eggs, pancakes, oatmeal, muffins, beverages, and so on. But it's decent and it comes with the room price. However, there are a few restaurants and bars in the area, and downtown isn't far. If you love seafood, checkout the restaurant down the street.

You don't have to worry about an overcrowded beach. There are primarily families and couples enjoying the oceanfront. It's not like a crowded resort with people everywhere and little space for you to relax. It's a lovely beach that you are certain to enjoy.

You might get a strong whiff of chlorine upon entering your room. There's a type of damp, musty odor that you won't forget. There may also be a mold smell coming out of the bathroom vent and black filth inside the vent.

Loud nights of partying and blaring music could keep you up late into the night. You may also encounter loud talking in the hallways and overall loudness. The bar seems to stay pretty busy.

The linens appear worn and not clean. For example, the towels are not actually white and look tattered. There's no counter space in the bathroom, and you may find that your toilet keeps running. The pool is not impressive in appearance or size. Parking is tricky as well. You have to park between pillars which can be difficult to maneuver.
