The hotel was reported by many guests to be located very nicely in relation to shopping centers and restaurants within short driving distances. The zoo, historical sites, and parks are within 15 minutes by car.

The Wi-Fi in a hotel can make or break a hotel in all honesty since modern age society takes place online. However, the Wi-Fi at this hotel is nice and works pretty well as guests report. Fast and decently reliable enough to stream movies from a phone or laptop.

Many guests report that the hotel is not only affordable, but very clean and simple. For those who want a hotel that is nothing more than a safe place to sleep, in a good location, this is the perfect place. This is a no-frills budget hotel.

Guests have reported that the images on the website don't always match what one finds once arriving. Colors and décor have changed since pictures were taken. Some guests report that the new décor is quite substandard.

Bugs are a problem in many rooms, including crickets, roaches, and other biting insects. Management was made aware of the problem, but does not seem to have taken timely action for most who reported the incident.  Though the rooms are clean, the bugs continue to be a problem.

The manager has been reported by many guests to be quite a nonchalant and lazy manager who is very disinterested in anyone's stay or comfort. She was reported to have several times blatantly ignored people in favor of others, or simply paid no attention to problems when they arose.
