For the location, this is one of the best deals you're likely to find on a hotel. The area is very popular, so nearly anywhere you stay will be expensive. Yet by comparison, this hotel is an excellent value for the money.

The rooms don't offer much protection from outside sounds at all - you'll be able to hear everything going on in the adjacent rooms or in the rooms above and below. The hotel's location (in the middle of the busy 5th Avenue area) also means you'll get lots of noise from outside.
