Visitors point out that the accommodations have working air conditioning which can be a necessity during Bangkok's notorious hot season or even the other months which also tend to be quite warm. In addition to this, you will also find hot water in the shower.

Despite being near one of the city's loudest spots, the hotel itself is situated in a peaceful neighbourhood according to travellers who add that there are not a lot of disturbances or loud noises at the property.

Several travellers report that the entire property has cleanliness issues that detract from the overall quality of the hotel. Floors are dirty, beds are unkempt and common areas can be found left in disrepair according to some guests.

Customer service does not tend to be a priority at this property and visitors note that dealing with the employees is not always a pleasant experience. That is because some staff members can be unhelpful or downright rude at times.
