Hotel Savoy (Rome, Italy)

Guests seem to really enjoy the hotel amenities, but especially the rooftop restaurant. A number of visitors claim you'll find some wonderful views of the city from the top of the hotel.

Visitors enjoy the fact that the hotel is only a short walk to locations like the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps. It's also near public transportation and taxis if you'd like to go elsewhere in the city. So if you're looking for a place that centrally located in Rome, guests commented on how convenient this location can be.

English-speaking guests were happy to see that staff could communicate with them. They also earned some high marks for providing information about the city as well as addressing any issues they had at the hotel.

A few visitors mentioned that the Wi-Fi can be annoying since it needs to be registered every day. Others commented that the service could be extremely slow. Some guests commented that although Wi-Fi can be used for three devices in the guestrooms, only one device would work.

While guests didn't seem to have any problem with the mattresses, some visitors mentioned that the pillows seemed extra firm. A few travelers said they were much harder than they expected and not very comfortable.

Some guests mentioned that the breakfast seemed too expensive and lacked particular items like a larger selection of fresh fruit. Others commented that it wasn't too appetizing.
