Hotel Sarova Whitesands Beach Resort & Spa (Mombasa, Kenya)

A number of guests were impressed with the resort’s facilities, stating that the swimming pool was great to use. The spa was also praised by some visitors.

Most travellers enjoyed the food that was served in the restaurants. They remarked the food had a great taste and was fresh. The seafood in particular was a hit with some. Others were pleased with the breakfast, advising there was a wide range of food available.

Some guests loved the views they gained from their rooms. They advised they had a fantastic view of the swimming pool and the garden.

There were some guests that were disappointed with the speed of the Wi-Fi, advising at times the Wi-Fi was painfully slow when they tried to connect to the Wi-Fi in their rooms.

This is something the resort may need to look into. Some visitors to Sarova Whitesands Beach Resort & Spa advised they thought the hotel was short-staffed as it took ages for the hotel personnel to respond to requests such as asking for another bottle of water. Guests that had previously stayed at the resort also concluded there were fewer employees than the last time they stayed there.

Although there were a few guests that advised the rooms were in need of being updated, most visitors enjoyed their stay.
