positive:
Good location and accommodations for the price
The hotel is in a quaint little location, with simple accommodations that have just what you need for a no-fuss Cape Cod getaway. For the price. You get a charming room and bathroom set in a charming region full of history, character, and plenty of things to do.
positive:
Decent place to stay if traveling with dogs
Santuit Inn sincerely enjoys having canine guests, and you'll feel comfortable with your decision to include him or her on your vacation. The accommodations are spacious and clean, and the reception appreciates that your pup companion is with you.
positive:
Polite and helpful staff are a treat to be around
The staff love doing what they can to make everyone's stay memorable and hopefully a repeat occurrence. They're happy, attentive, witty, and fun to be around and to rely on for insider tips, ticket assistance, and whatever else needed during the vacation.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Wi-Fi only works steadily in some of the rooms
Bear in mind that the Wi-Fi signal is temperamental, and doesn't always work in every room. You may have better reception in certain parts of the hotel, or have to leave the hotel to access online communication.
negative:
Thin walls make every conversation seem public
At times it may seem like you're privy to strangers' or staff's conversations or movements. The walls and floorboards are thin, so a great deal of sound travels between rooms. Be mindful of your own volume, and have ear plugs handy.
negative:
Stale odors, no coffee or tea, and no breakfast
It's disappointing not having breakfast or a hot beverage readily available. Musty odors and a décor that may need a bit more sprucing up are other minor grievances that don't make the stay awful, but do add to the downsides of staying here.
