The hotel is said to be a bargain by guests who stayed here. They mention that for the location, the friendly staff and the basic amenities, such as clean rooms, it was well worth the price paid. They were friendly to speak to.

The staff members were found to be friendly and kind to guests. They provided them with good services such as luggage storage and safe keeping. Questions of the area were promptly answered as well.

The hotel is in the central area of the city, and is in the arts district, walking distance from theatres and museums. There is also a metro stop nearby, as well as various eateries and bars for guests too head to. From the rooms, guests could see panoramic views of the city.

Guests found that the noise from the inside of the hotel to be distracting. The elevator made too much noise which could be heard in various rooms. The rooms had little to no soundproofing available which made it difficult to ignore the noise.

Guests did not like that the in-room Wi-Fi was unreliable or non-existent. They were disappointed the only place where they could get a good connection was in the lobby area.

Guests were either too cold or too hot in their rooms since there was no heating or air conditioning system in the rooms. They would have liked for this to be available to feel more comfortable.
